The company I work for is very charitable. So much that they decided to form a new found foundation as part of our rebranding. Veterans United Foundation was born. Just to give you an idea how giving our company and employees are, in just the first week of the foundation's existance, 70% of our 700 employees pledged to donate at least 1% of their income to the foundation. The company matched and in total raised $1.29 million. Not bad for a little company in Columbia, MO.
